I'm a big fan of Anthony Bourdain's. Love what he says about humility and how travel contributes to expanding minds and tolerance, so true...and I always love his perspectives on food. Which makes me think of another word redefined through travel, "hungry". Such a great interview!

Tony Bourdain is one of my favorite hosts, authors, chefs and public personalities! I'm so glad he's contributed to this project especially considering his late entry into the "global community." There are no pre-reqs for opening yourself up to the world. Bourdain is a die hard new yorker and one of the biggest advocates for greater awareness. Win!

"Leaving as little of a mark as possible." Wow, if we all tried to do this with passion, we'd have this Earth for a long, long time. One small footprint at a time!

I have long been a fan of Anthony Bourdain so it was a real treat that Ilana Fayerman (ProjectExplorer presenter) and I got to speak with him in NYC.

His series, "No Reservations" debuted around the same time I was putting the finishing touches on ProjectExplorer.org's first travel series. I very much related to his view on how travel has the ability to give new meaning to words.
